Sinopec Chongqing opens new 50,000-ton state-of-the-art PVA line

Sinopec Chongqing SVW Chemical has recently begun operations at a new state-of-the-art polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) resin production line, establishing itself as the world's largest single-site producer of high-end PVA, according to an announcement from China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec) on Monday.
This new line's annual capacity of 50,000 metric tons boosts the company's total PVA production capacity to 210,000 tons per year.
The first batch of PVA products from the new line has already been exported to Europe.
