Check out this Neolithic period greenish-blue jade piece called a toothed bi disc. Crafted with tremolite jade, it is calcified around the edges and partially whitened due to staining. Around its central hole is a square and flat outer contour, with distinct tooth-like edges. It is thickest in the center, gradually thinning towards the edges, giving it a wedge-shaped cross-section.
Excavated from the Qingliangsi cemetery, Ruicheng, Shanxi province, this jade treasure is now housed in the Yuncheng Museum.
