A new exhibition featuring ancient painted sculptures and murals from Jincheng, Shanxi, has opened at the Nanjing Imperial Examination Museum of China in Jiangsu province.
Besides admiring the brilliance of Jincheng's ancient architecture, painted sculptures and murals from the Tang Dynasty (618-907) all the way to the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), visitors can also discover the traditional techniques that have kept these masterpieces alive for centuries.
