Shaanxi's first spaceborne laser communication smart production line starts operation in Xi'an

Integration of Hardware and Software for Autonomous Space Operations

In addition to hardware production, Zhongke TianTa has launched internal testing of the "HuaShan" aerospace vertical large model, aiming to create a complete solution integrating hardware transmission and intelligent evaluation. This addresses various control challenges in the operation of large satellite constellations.

Zeng Weigang noted that during the operation of large satellite constellations the inability to quickly communicate massive space data can lead to inefficiencies in managing space collisions and equipment failures. The "HuaShan" model, launched in October 2024, offers an industry-specific intelligent system for satellite in-orbit management.

By integrating the "HuaShan" model with spaceborne laser communication terminals, a "space-ground integrated" autonomous satellite operation system can be established. This system enables real-time data aggregation and autonomous analysis of collision risks and equipment faults, significantly reducing the need for ground-based manual operations.

Looking ahead, Zhongke TianTa plans to expand production capacity and upgrade its spaceborne laser communication terminal products. The "HuaShan" model will be fully integrated into the entire product development and production process, enhancing both research and production capabilities. This comprehensive approach supports the high-quality, scalable, and autonomous development of China's commercial aerospace industry.
