The tomb of Li Jingxun (600-608) is the most complete and highest-ranking Sui Dynasty (581-618) burial ever found. It belongs to an eight-year-old girl.

Loved dearly by her grandmother – Empress Yang Lihua (561-609) of the Northern Zhou Dynasty (557-581), Li Jingxun was laid to rest with an extraordinary array of exquisite artifacts.

Now on view at the National Museum of China in Beijing, these discoveries offer a rare and vivid glimpse into the history, culture, and everyday life of 6th-7th century China.
