Discover the mysterious Xixia Dynasty (1038-1227) through Liangzhou, a strategic stronghold and economic and cultural center in the west during the dynasty.

Focusing on Liangzhou (today's Wuwei in Gansu province), a secondary capital of the Xixia Dynasty, this exhibition is now on view at the China Port Museum in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, featuring 147 Xixia artifacts.

From goldware and ceramics to stone inscriptions, rubbings and ancient texts, it explores Liangzhou's economy, culture and multi-ethnic heritage, offering a glimpse into Xixia legacy along the Hexi Corridor.
