In Qichun county, Hubei province – once the fiefdom of Prince Jing during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), archaeologists uncovered dazzling gold and silver treasures from royal family tombs. From exquisite drinking vessels to delicate ornaments, these artifacts, now on view at Suzhou Bay Museum in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, reveal the elegance, ritual, and splendor of princely life centuries ago.
