The dance-drama Loulan will be performed at the Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Center on Dec 10 and 11. Audiences are invited to explore the depths of the Taklamakan Desert, where the once-glorious Silk Road kingdom of Loulan mysteriously disappeared. Through poetic movement and legend, the production revives a lost civilization and reflects humanity’s shared roots.
