In the early hours of Oct 2, 2017, at 1:38 am, all 80,000 tickets for the day were already sold online – marking the museum's first-ever full digital ticketing day.
Just a week later, on Oct 10, staff removed the sign from the on-site ticket office. That simple act symbolized a big leap forward – the Palace Museum officially entered the era of online ticketing.
