The 2025 Cangjie cultural brand promotion event was held in Baishui county, Weinan city, Northwest China's Shaanxi province, to explore the origin of Chinese characters and light up the light of civilization.

The series of activities highlighted the core essence of Cangjie culture and showcased the unique charm of Baishui county's local brand. By using culture as a bridge, the events helped Weinan city and Baishui county expand their openness to the world, actively engage in the Belt and Road Initiative, and accelerate the creation of a culturally distinctive and nationally competitive city brand.

The event not only launched a dedicated promotion for the Cangjie cultural brand and hosted in-depth visits by urban observation teams to Baishui, but also highlighted the county's intangible cultural heritage and organized high-level academic exchanges on Cangjie culture.

Baishui's agricultural brand also stands out. Known as the "hometown of Chinese apples” and the "first county of organic apples in China," Baishui has earned both domestic and international acclaim for its apples' vibrant color, rich aroma, and exceptional quality.

Currently, the county's apple planting area exceeds 300,000 mu (about 20,000 hectares), with an average annual output of over 600,000 tons and annual fresh fruit sales surpassing 2 million tons. Baishui has become a key pricing and distribution center for apples in northwest China.
