The Museum of Two Mausoleums of Southern Han State in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, is hosting an exhibition focusing on Chinese music and dance culture of the 10th century.
Traveling back to the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms (907-960), the exhibition takes several "music bands" depicted on artifacts of the time as its storytelling thread, bringing together nearly 200 exquisite treasures. Through these pieces, visitors can explore how music and dance transcended regions and connected cultures and communities during a time of political upheaval.
