This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Palace Museum. During the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1931-45), batches of national treasures were evacuated from Beijing. Youth from both sides of the Taiwan Strait visit the Palace Museum to honor those who safeguarded these artifacts and our shared Chinese culture.
