The Xi'an Museum in Shaanxi province is now presenting an immersive digital exhibition on the cultural and artistic legacy of Wang Wei (699-761), the celebrated Tang Dynasty (618-907) poet and painter. Through reconstructed scenes and multimedia technology, the exhibition recreates the serene landscapes, idyllic countryside and Zen-inspired spaces that Wang once wrote about, letting visitors experience the poetic beauty of picturesque Chang'an.
