Wuyi Mountain in Fujian province, East China is the birthplace and exclusive growing region for the authentic oolong tea Dahongpao. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Wuyi Mountain, a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage site, Impression: Dahongpao blends tea culture with the region’s natural landscapes and folk traditions. This spectacular live-action performance has become an iconic attraction for tourists to Wuyi Mountain.
By seamlessly integrating mountains and water with theatrical elements, the show features various performance zones, including an ancient-style village, elevated platforms, sandbanks, and river stages. Through dance, drama, and music, it vividly portrays the history, craftsmanship, and rituals of Dahongpao tea, allowing visitors to experience the intricate artistry of Wuyi rock tea and the centuries-old tea ceremony traditions.
A groundbreaking innovation in the show is the world’s first 360-degree rotating auditorium. Using advanced technology and a steel-framed structure, the seating area smoothly completes a full rotation in just five minutes, offering an immersive, panoramic view spanning over 2 kilometers, with four interconnected stages forming a spectacular visual masterpiece.
Additionally, 15 large cinema screens are seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape, creating a "matrix-style" widescreen cinematic experience. Towering peaks, flowing streams, and lush tea gardens enhance the immersive effect, making visitors feel as if they are wandering through a living painting.
