The 2025 Yuxi Outdoor Sports Carnival and the Yimen Lyuzhi “72 Hairpins” Uphill Cycling Race kicked off in Yuxi, Yunnan province on Dec 14. A total of 609 cyclists from across China gathered in Lyuzhi town, Yimen county, to compete on the iconic “Devil’s Road” course featuring 72 sharp hairpin turns. This event promises a thrilling contest of speed and endurance, offering a spectacular fusion of cycling and nature.
