Gaoyou is renowned for its delectable salted duck eggs, characterized by their tender whites and flavorful yolks. Five percent of Gaoyou duck eggs are double-yolked, a fact which can be attributed to Gaoyou ducks' superior genetics and Gaoyou Lake's thriving ecosystems.
