Step back in time to the early Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) with the new exhibition at the Anhui Museum!
This exhibition showcases more than 300 exquisite artifacts that reflect the political, economic, military and cultural aspects of the period. Drawing on the latest archaeological finds at the Mingzhongdu (The Ming Dynasty Middle Capital) site in Fengyang county, Anhui province, it reconstructs the splendor of the Ming Dynasty's middle capital from over 600 years ago, inviting visitors to relive the grandeur of the Hongwu (r.1368-1398) era.
