This late Tang Dynasty (618-907) gilded bronze incense burner exudes elegance with its lotus flower design. As a portable daily utensil, it has a round belly adorned with reliefs of lotus petal motifs. Its base also features lotus patterns, with the stem serving as a handle and a narrow, curling leaf adding to its beauty. This exquisite artifact is housed at the Hainan Museum.
