A new exhibition at the Prince Kung's Palace Museum in Beijing has provided a glimpse of royal childhood and youth in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).
Most of the around 120 relics displayed at the exhibition, Joy at Royal Courtyard, are on show for the first time. The exhibits include children's costumes, shoes and hats, toys and articles of daily use, even a baby diaper.
