The original ballet by the National Ballet of China The Crane Calling will be staged anew at the Tianqiao Theater on May 13 to 15. Based on the true story of Xu Xiujuan (1964-87) who dedicated her life to looking for a missing crane, it is a call for harmony between humans and animals.
