Based on the life story of the late model oilfield worker Wang Jinxi (1923-70), the ballet The Iron Man will be performed at the Chongqing Grand Theater on May 3 and 4. The work also honors the oilfield workers who contributed greatly to the development of China's petroleum industry in the 1950s through their Iron Man Spirit.
