Mindu Ruici, an artificial intelligence (AI) industry service platform billed as Fujian province's first token factory featuring cross-regional scheduling of heterogeneous computing resources, began operations on Nov 3 in Minqing county, Fuzhou.

A token factory standardizes the production, pricing, metering, and online settlement of AI tokens, the basic units of data processed by AI models. The system allows users to access computing resources on demand and makes them measurable and tradable.

The platform integrates computing resources, AI models, applications, token settlement, and financial services. It brings together 14 major domestic AI models, including DeepSeek, Kimi, and Volcano Engine, and supports multiple domestically developed chips.

A county-level computing power scheduling platform in Minqing connects intelligent computing clusters in Pingtan, Fujian province; Suzhou, Anhui province; Zhongwei, Ningxia Hui autonomous region; and Xining, Qinghai province. The network enables unified monitoring, operation, and intelligent allocation of computing resources across the four locations.

Minqing plans to issue 10 million yuan ($1.5 million) in computing power vouchers this year. Businesses can also use their computing consumption records and credit profiles to apply for loans.

The platform is designed to serve government agencies, research institutions, small businesses, and individual users. It will also support AI applications in traditional industries such as ceramics, prefabricated building materials, and agriculture, including visual quality inspection and pest identification.
