Fashion meets millennia of history at Suzhou Museum West

With the 2026 VOGUE Forces of Fashion event lighting up Suzhou, here's another stylish spot worth checking out: Suzhou Museum West.

Made up of 10 minimalist geometric cubes linked by glass corridors, its striking architecture takes inspiration from Suzhou's unique network of waterways and streets. Inside, discover more than 2,000 fascinating artifacts, from the legendary sword of King Fuchai of Wu (r. 495-473) to exquisite jade burial ornaments and a golden dragon unearthed from Taihu Lake's Linwu Cave.
