Ningxia expands stargazing tourism with cross-regional travel routes

Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region is expanding its stargazing tourism through new cross-regional travel routes, astronomy-themed activities, and digital weather services to attract visitors to its nighttime destinations.
Ningxia has partnered with neighboring Inner Mongolia, Gansu, and Qinghai to introduce a "Northwest Stargazing Corridor", with joint tickets and themed itineraries linking historical sites, desert landscapes, and wineries. Other activities include astrophotography programs, photography competitions, cultural markets, and folk music performances.
