On Aug 7, Granada Flamenco Ballet brought its flamenco adaptation of The Phantom of the Opera to Qionghai, Hainan province. Hailed as one of the world’s three leading flamenco companies, the troupe reimagined the classic story through the passion, rhythm and expressive power of flamenco, blending traditional Spanish dance with a distinctive theatrical style. The performance offered audiences a fresh take on one of the world’s best-known stage classics.
