Tailored for extreme operating conditions such as heavy‑haul railways and small‑radius curves, the HH370‑grade heat‑treated rail imposes extremely stringent requirements on strength, toughness, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance.

The main difficulty in manufacturing the product lies in the heat‑treatment process. The company has resolved key challenges such as composition optimization and precise matching of heat‑treatment processes, while also transforming technical specifications into mass‑production capabilities.
