Wuxi Shuofang Airport to open duty-free store for inbound travelers

Construction began on the arrival duty-free store at Wuxi Shuofang Airport on July 2, marking a new step in enhancing the airport's international passenger services.

Once completed, the store will allow inbound international travelers to enjoy convenient duty-free shopping upon arrival in Wuxi. It will offer a wide range of products, including cosmetics, fragrances, tobacco, spirits and other premium goods.

According to the airport operator, the arrival duty-free store is scheduled to begin operations in October, with a full opening planned before the end of the year. The project is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Wuxi's role as an international aviation gateway and further enhance the city's openness and connectivity.
