Ordos wins national 'AI + Green Energy Engine City' award

Ordos has been named one of China's "AI + Green Energy Engine Cities" thanks to its achievements in integrating artificial intelligence with green energy and digital industries.

The award was announced during the 14th Internet Security Conference (ISC.AI 2026), which opened at the National Convention Center in Beijing.

The 2026 City AI Innovation Rankings, released during the event, recognized Ordos for its abundant renewable energy resources, well-developed zero-carbon computing infrastructure, deep integration of AI with industry, and business-friendly environment.
