Inner Mongolia's first OPC (one person company) community recently began operations in the Helingeer Block of the Hohhot Area, China (Inner Mongolia) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

With a core focus on the "Pilot Free Trade Zone + Green Computing Power + OPC Business Model" trinity integration, this community is the first of its kind nationwide, creating a lightweight entrepreneurship cluster for AI-enabled micro-entrepreneurs.

The community covers a total planned area of around 24,000 square meters, offering flexible individual workstations and fixed office spaces. It primarily attracts OPCs and micro-teams in digital creative industries, artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing. The community has established a full-chain entrepreneurship service system.

For resident enterprises, the community provides individual workstations and office spaces ranging from 100 to 300 square meters, with three years of rent fully waived. Shared facilities such as meeting rooms and roadshow halls are also available free of charge.

In terms of computing power supply, the community has built a computing power aggregation platform that procures resources centrally, allowing enterprises to enjoy priority scheduling and affordable supply.

After the community reaches major client agreements with large model providers, resident teams can access priority queues, significantly improving rendering efficiency.

Additionally, the community offers enterprises a 10 percent computing power transaction subsidy, capped at 2 million yuan ($290,000). Enterprises can also receive subsidies of up to 2 million yuan for data product procurement, up to 3 million yuan in R&D innovation rewards, and one-time startup subsidies.
