Shaanxi Inbound Service, a newly upgraded comprehensive platform, has been unveiled at Terminal 5 of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport to provide efficient and convenient travel services for inbound travelers to Shaanxi.
The service platform is situated along the main arrival corridor on the first floor of T5, a prominent location with easy access for passengers.
Tailored to the needs of inbound travelers, the platform offers a wide range of services, including entry assistance, travel information consultation, and currency exchange. Operating hours cover all scheduled international and regional flights at the airport, ensuring passengers can access services throughout the day.
Xi'an Xianyang International Airport currently operates 63 international and regional air routes, connecting 55 cities across 27 countries and linking to 36 destinations in 20 Belt and Road Initiative countries, including intercontinental routes to Paris, Milan, London, Vienna, Istanbul, and Dubai. It also ranks among the top in China for the scale of its international aviation market.
The platform breaks down barriers across departments and industries to create an integrated service matrix featuring online-offline coordination and domestic-international connectivity.
The airport will use this platform to further integrate aviation and tourism, streamline the full-service chain covering entry clearance, cultural and tourism promotion, and all-around travel services, aiming to attract more overseas tourists to Shaanxi and drive the province's high-level opening-up.
