The Racing Galaxy karting circuit in Taicang, Suzhou, recently became the only karting circuit in Jiangsu to receive international track certification under the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile's (FIA) latest certification standards.
The circuit, which was put into operation in 2024, features a 1,200-meter track that is 10 meters wide and includes 13 turns designed to offer both technical challenges and driving enjoyment. Since its opening, it has become a popular destination for karting enthusiasts across the Yangtze River Delta region.
Following the FIA's update of its certification requirements in 2025, the circuit's management team spent more than six months upgrading facilities and refining operational procedures to comply with the new standards. After multiple rounds of improvements and assessments, the venue successfully obtained certification, qualifying it to host both international and national-level professional karting events.
The circuit has already hosted several major competitions, including the China Rental Kart Championship (CRKC) and Kart Super Series. With the new certification in place, it is expected to attract more high-profile events in the future.
