Inner Mongolia's first OPC (One Person Company) community began operations on June 4 in Hohhot, within the China (Inner Mongolia) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
The project, Yungu OPC Community, pioneers an integrated model combining a pilot free trade zone, green computing power, and the OPC business format. It is designed to support AI-powered entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small startup teams.
It aims to attract companies and entrepreneurs in sectors such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, software services, digital cultural and creative industries, and AI-enabled specialized industries.

The community spans 24,000 square meters and provides a full-service startup ecosystem, including affordable computing power, free office facilities, and public amenities such as meeting rooms and presentation halls.
Eligible businesses can also access subsidies for computing resources, data products, research and development, and startup funding.
In addition, the community plans to establish a dedicated international internet channel to support cross-border digital business and computing services.
Officials said the project will help cultivate high-quality productive forces and spur innovation-driven entrepreneurship in Inner Mongolia.
