The Chinese Writer Pu Songling and His Strange Tales from Liaozhai exhibition is now on view at the National Museum of China in Beijing. From the captivating stories of Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio (Liaozhai Zhiyi) to the life of its author Pu Songling (1640-1715), as well as later adaptations and scholarly research, the exhibition invites visitors into a mysterious bamboo forest-inspired setting filled with literary imagination and wonder.
