The China-Germany Innovation City Medical and Elderly Care Center's wellness and elderly care center building has recently entered the acceptance phase. It is expected to begin trial operations after all inspection work is completed, adding a new high-quality healthcare and elderly care destination for residents.
The China-Germany Innovation City Medical and Elderly Care Center consists of three buildings: a two-story community healthcare service center, a six-story rehabilitation building, and a 17-story wellness and elderly care center.
The 17-story care center has now completed all interior decoration and construction work. It will operate as a nursing institution and accept elderly residents from the public, providing professional, standardized care and wellness services.
Designed to provide a comprehensive living and healthcare environment, the facility includes a wide range of supporting amenities. Planned functional areas include activity rooms, reading rooms, training rooms, a walking trail and public dining spaces.

These facilities are intended to meet diverse needs ranging from leisure and social interaction to learning, daily healthcare and dining, creating a comfortable and supportive environment for senior residents.
The project reflects ongoing efforts to improve integrated medical and elderly care services, expand high-quality healthcare resources, and enhance the well-being of the aging population.
