Leading companies unveil new products at 2026 JFSC&CSE

The 2026 Jiufengshan Conference and Compound Semiconductor Industry Expo (JFSC&CSE) witnessed a flurry of new product launches on April 23 by leading companies such as Qiyunfang, Taijing Technology, Xingxiguang Technology, Guanggu Xincai, and Si Lai Semiconductor.

The Jiufengshan Conference is a key event in the domestic compound semiconductor sector. This year's event, themed "New Tracks, New Technologies, New Products, New Markets", spans an exhibition area of 20,000 square meters and has attracted over 1,000 companies. The product launch events in the B2 exhibition area have proven particularly popular.

Participating companies presented new products across various segments of the industrial chain, including materials, devices, equipment, and applications. Guanggu Xincai introduced the nation's first 8-inch RF epitaxial wafer. Compared to the mainstream 6-inch process, this 8-inch wafer boosts chip output by nearly 80 percent.

Xingxiguang Technology launched the country's first automotive Micro-LED light source product, the M-50K. This product offers pixel-level precise light control, ensuring that high beams illuminate only the road without dazzling oncoming vehicles, thereby enhancing nighttime driving safety. 

Meanwhile, Qiyunfang unveiled an enterprise-grade AI-native operating system, "Qiyun Ark", which improves inspection efficiency in the semiconductor industry and other sectors by over 90 percent through an AI quality inspection model.

The 2026 JFSC&CSE, held in the Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China, or OVC), will run until April 25, featuring additional events such as investment and financing matchmaking sessions, supply chain demand-supply meetings, and talent recruitment fairs.
