During the Qingming Festival holiday, several cultural museums in Hohhot planned a series of themed cultural activities that were rich in content and diverse in form.
From April 4 to April 6, the Princess Heshuo Kejing's Mansion Museum hosted the third Peach Blossom Festival, featuring activities such as Hanfu garden tours, intangible cultural heritage (ICH) crafts, art performances, cultural and creative markets, and photography contests. Locals and tourists alike had the chance to win cultural and creative gifts by participating in interactive events.

On April 4, the Five-Pagoda Temple Museum hosted a Qingming Festival event, inviting representative inheritors of ICH dough figurines from Inner Mongolia autonomous region and Hohhot to demonstrate and teach the entire dough modeling process on-site, allowing participants to experience the charm of traditional crafts firsthand.
On April 4, the Zhaojun Museum offered a variety of themed activities, including plant specimen making and painting kites. Families collected flowers and leaves to make bookmarks shaped like Zhaojun, a famous beauty in Chinese history. They also painted Zhaojun-inspired motifs, peach blossoms, and willow branches on kites.
On April 5, the General Government Office Museum invited people to make mugwort hammers and paint kites on-site, while also educating them on traditional Qingming customs through interactive activities.
From April 3 to April 6, the Laoniu Children's Discovery Museum hosted various cultural activities with four experiential sections: tracing the origins of Qingming, recitations, food customs, and handicrafts.
