At the banks of the Yellow River, blooming pear blossoms set the stage for a major cultural and tourism event in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region.

The 20th Nanbei Changtan Yellow River Pear Blossom Festival and Northwest Folk Song (Hua'er) Concert opened on April 4 in Zhongwei, drawing visitors to the historic Nanchangtan village. The three-day event blended Yellow River culture, regional folk traditions, and rural tourism experiences, according to the organizers.
