Plastic surgery festival held to promote industry development

The 6th International Plastic Surgery Festival and a joint launch event for 16 new aesthetic products for spring 2026, hosted by Xi'an Huamei Medical Beauty Hospital, was held on March 1 in Xi'an, Northwest China’s Shaanxi province.

Centered on the theme "International Art · Medical Aesthetics", the event brought together global medical aesthetics partners, industry experts, an all-star team of physicians, and mainstream media to witness the fusion of cutting-edge aesthetic technology and Eastern aesthetics.

A retrospective video at the press conference reviewed the six editions of the Plastic Surgery Festival and highlighted the hospital's achievements in technological innovation, aesthetic integration, team building and patient services, reflecting the medical aesthetics industry's growing internationalization and standardization in China.

A key highlight of the event was the global launch of 16 new aesthetic products for spring 2026. Covering anti-aging, skin care, plastic surgery, intimate care and body contouring, the products integrate cutting-edge international technologies with Eastern aesthetics to meet increasingly diverse and personalized medical aesthetics needs.

At the academic session, experts shared the latest trends in medical aesthetics. Yang Chunmei, a leader in minimally invasive treatments, discussed key 2026 trends and the technology and design behind new products. Dermatology expert Wang Shiping explored emerging approaches in skin aesthetics. Zhang Shasha, dean of plastic surgery technology, spoke on innovation and technological updates in plastic surgery. Gai Xue, head of intimate and body-contouring technology, highlighted trends in women's intimate health and introduced new products designed for personalized, lifelong aesthetic care.

The event marked an important step in Huamei's global strategy and reflected ongoing efforts to guide the medical aesthetics industry back to its medical roots while pursuing innovation.
