Yili team awarded 2025 March 8 Women's Civilization Post

The Yili cultural and tourism team, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co, has been honored with the title of National March 8 Women's Civilization Post. 

This prestigious recognition highlights the outstanding contributions of the team's female employees and acknowledges the consistent efforts of the group's labor union in advancing organizational development, supporting employee care, and empowering the team.

The team breaks away from the traditional "sightseeing" limitations of industrial tourism by creating a comprehensive experience that integrates agricultural study, ranch interaction, production observation, and science education. This approach allows visitors to experience the technological empowerment in grass planting, the standardized management in dairy farming, and the intelligent processes in dairy production. Through storytelling, the team weaves abstract industry development concepts into the tour, transforming it into tangible, perceptible scenarios.

The team continues to play a leading role as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, with over 1 million annual visitors. It has won several national honors, including being named a national tourism science and technology demonstration park, one of the first national "5G+ Smart Tourism" pilot projects, a national first-class museum, and a national science popularization education base.
