Zhejiang Jiangshanduojiao Industrial in Jiangshan, a county-level city in Quzhou, Zhejiang province, has established itself as a leader in the production of mid- to high-end shuttlecocks.
The company exports its products to countries such as South Korea and Japan, as well as regions like Southeast Asia, Europe, and America.
The shuttlecock manufacturing sector in Jiangshan began in the 1980s, evolving from small family workshops into a distinctive and competitive sports industry. Established in 1996, Zhejiang Jiangshanduojiao Industrial has become a local leader in exporting shuttlecocks.
In 2025, the company achieved self-operated export revenues exceeding 70 million yuan ($10.2 million), with exports comprising over 80 percent of total sales. In the South Korean market, the company ranks among the top three.

In the company's smart production workshops, automated machines efficiently process high-quality domestic duck and goose feathers, meticulously sorted and assembled with AI technology. This ensures the shuttlecocks are stable, durable, and of consistent quality.
Embracing technological innovation, the company is enhancing its global competitiveness. A new production line, scheduled to begin construction in March and produce 50 metric tons of shuttlecock feathers annually, will further strengthen its supply chain resilience.
