This Spring Festival, Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China, or OVC) became a hotspot thanks to its unique "cyber" vibe and high-tech atmosphere. Visitors and residents alike flocked to try out the suspended monorail fair, explore science museums, and visit the humanoid robot 7S store.

During the holiday, the Optics Valley Suspended Monorail launched a special Chinese New Year-themed train, attracting nearly 120,000 passengers.

Meanwhile, the Optics Valley Central Ecological Corridor hosted a suspended monorail fair, featuring over 20 events including lantern displays, traditional markets and parades, and modern music concerts. These activities offered visitors an exciting blend of aerial views and festive market experiences.

"Riding the suspended monorail over OVC, with the ecological corridor below and the Chinese New Year fair right at your feet, is incredibly futuristic!" said a visitor from Henan, who came with his family.

The nation's first humanoid robot 7S store in OVC also saw a surge in visitors. Many families paid 148 yuan ($22) to enjoy the "experience package" – interacting with robot dogs, watching robots play soccer, and controlling robots via motion sensors.

OVC's science museums became prime destinations for family activities. The Hubei Science and Technology Museum held "Tech Gala" event, offering family science shows and printmaking experiences, drawing nearly 90,000 visitors in total.
