Jining National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone hosted a job fair on Feb 4 during the lively rural fair season, bringing convenient employment services directly to local residents. With high foot traffic, the fair provided one-stop services for job hunting and policy consultation. Job seekers could inquire about vacancies, submit resumes, and have on-site interviews while shopping for Chinese New Year goods, with companies detailing salary, benefits, and promotion opportunities face-to-face for efficient matchmaking.
On-site service stations were also available. Staff along with legal and human resources professionals answered questions regarding labor policies and offered free guidance on career planning and interview skills, distributing over 300 policy materials. The zone's trade union plans to continue this all-in-one model to better connect workers and employers.
