30 panda cubs born in 2025 debut to send Spring Festival greetings

Giant panda cubs born in 2025 at the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda in Sichuan province make their public debut on Wednesday to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year. [Photo by Li Chuanyou/for chinadaily.com.cn]

The display areas were adorned with red lanterns, bamboo segments inscribed with New Year's blessings, bamboo weavings symbolizing family reunion, and horse-shaped toys to celebrate the upcoming Chinese Year of the Horse.

Last year, a total of 45 panda cubs were born at the two institutions.
