Galloping Wonders: Shanghai museum unveils Year of the Horse exhibition

The Galloping Wonders – Year of the Horse Science and Culture Special Exhibition, jointly organized by the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum and the Palace Museum, will open to the public on Feb 17. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

Dome theater concerts and online exhibition tours will also be launched during the exhibition, redefining the cultural image of horses through music and live-streaming the entire exhibition to highlight the deep integration of science and technology with culture.

The opening ceremony on Tuesday in the museum introduced Piaopiao, a pony from Shanghai Wildlife Park and ambassador of Shanghai's new cultural and tourism IP, who extended New Year greetings and exhibition invitations.
