The Shanghai Science and Technology Museum launched its first stress test on Jan 27, following an around three-year renovation, boasting 80 percent interactive exhibits. The museum is officially scheduled to open to the public during Spring Festival.
As the world's largest single renovation project for a science and technology museum, the upgrade involves a total investment of 820 million yuan ($118 million), featuring the world's first CLED giant screen theater for science museums and 80 percent interactive exhibits.
