Yili honored as 2026 China Top Employer

The 2026 list of China's top employers, unveiled by the globally authoritative Top Employers Institute, was announced on Jan 15. Yili Group was honored with the 2026 China Top Employer title for its strong corporate culture and talent strategy, marking the second consecutive time it has received this prestigious award. Yili is the only dairy company in China to earn this honor at the ceremony this year.

Yili has established a comprehensive talent development system covering the entire career cycle. The company has set up a digital application capability development center, launched the "Yiqixue" digital learning platform, and initiated AI exploration projects.

The Spring Rain Program, which has been ongoing for 14 years, offers over 40 benefits related to daily life, mental health, and physical wellbeing, with non-statutory benefits accounting for up to 85 percent. At the 2025 Elite Gathering Cultural Event, more than 200 Yili employees brought their families back to the group. At Yili's 2025 Year-End Party, major awards totaling over 600 million yuan ($86.13 million) were presented.
