Ibrahim Kandeh, a Sierra Leone participant in a Chinese government-sponsored foreign aid training program – the Fisheries Master's Program, visited the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University to deliver flowers and a heartfelt thank-you letter on Jan 12.
