The headquarters of the BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution (PartNIR) Innovation Center has launched the Indonesia node of its "BRICS+" outbound services platform, which is designed to provide resident companies with more structured and comprehensive support for overseas expansion.
Located in Huli district, Xiamen, the headquarters focus on four priority sectors—technology, culture, trade, and modern services—with the aim of cultivating a high-end industrial ecosystem.
The outbound services platform is designed to serve as a principal gateway for Chinese companies expanding overseas and for foreign-invested firms establishing operations in China. It comprises two main components: an overseas collaboration network and a comprehensive industrial services system.
The collaboration network extends across more than 100 countries and regions, linking over 90 overseas institutions. The services system offers end-to-end support, spanning research and preparation, implementation and localization, and ongoing operations and optimization.
The platform performs four core functions. These include international legal services drawing on resources from nearly 200 cities worldwide; a trade-settlement system providing business analysis, risk assessment, and tailored settlement solutions; integrated cross-border customs and tax services combining expertise in customs, taxation, accounting, auditing, and training; and links to more than ten overseas industrial parks, offering support in policy, facilities, talent, and financing.
