2026 'State Subsidies' to continue

Wang Wei, former director of the Institute of Market Economy at the Development Research Center of the State Council and a senior researcher, said in an exclusive interview with China Daily that government subsidies for trade-ins (home appliances, automobiles) are expected to continue into 2026 to stabilize consumption.
