R&F Plaza Brand Strategic Cooperation Meeting held

The R&F Plaza Brand Strategic Cooperation Meeting took place in the Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (NHIZ) on Oct 30. 

During the meeting, NHIZ signed a strategic cooperation agreement with R&F Properties Group, and nearly 20 brands also signed agreements to establish a presence in the plaza. 

The R&F Plaza project covers around 120,000 square meters of construction area and is a mixed-use urban development featuring a luxury hotel, residential apartments, office spaces, and a large commercial district. The project is expected to be fully topped out by Dec 30 and ready for use by the end of 2026. 

The meeting drew representatives from 10 well-known brands, including McDonald's. Hong Wei, deputy general manager of R&F Properties Group, said that the R&F team will leverage high-quality resources to ensure the successful launch of the project, aiming to boost the area's commercial vitality and support regional economic growth.
